We all have those stubborn areas on our body that unwanted fat just clings to for dear life.

The graphic above shows how to finally melt it off.

Don’t be fooled – There. Are. No. Shortcuts.

The sooner you accept that, the sooner you can embrace the process of mastering the essentials that will get you results in the long run.

Stubborn body fat will not come off in a matter of weeks – think in terms of months, or even longer. – But if you stay patient and consistent AF you will see success.

This is where a lot of people go wrong: they try to go into a steep calorie deficit and maintain it until they feel like zombies. Your metabolism is not static; it is dynamic and will change in response to how you manage your energy balance.

Progressing your nutrition, just like your workouts, is a must. You can’t just go pedal to the metal indefinitely without breaks if you want ideal results

this means dropping your calories straight to 1200/day for weeks and months on end is likely not going to be your best approach. Refeeds, 5/2 intermittent fasting, higher cals on weekends, and/or diet breaks are all tools you may want to consider using (there are others as well) if you want to maintain tone… IE muscle and keep your metabolism and hormones humming along more optimally.

You may also need to eat more and add more muscle to your frame at some point before you reach your desired level of tonedness.
