Now before you get your under crackers in a twist, I am NOT suggesting the toast & jam is a great brekkie.

However, it’s not as TERRIBLE as some would have you believe and even if you doubled up you’d be on less cals than the Bulletdouche Coffee – not to mention 10g of protein and 6g of Fibre; which ain’t THAT bad.

(Also, it’s actually a decent pre-workout meal for intense or endurance exercise) . No, my point here is how utterly ABSURD the concept of Bulletproof Coffee is – “it keeps me full til lunch!” — no shit, you just drank 480 calories of grease!

Consider that it does NOTHING to help you reach your Protein Target (which is super-important – ESPECIALLY when dieting) and that most people are far more satisfied when they EAT not DRINK their calories, and you start to realise how dumb it is.

In short – don’t believe the marketing hype; its bullshit.

And even though the toast and jam ain’t amazing, I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have that than drink an oil slick for breakfast any day of the week!!
