They come offering muffins, cookies, pie and lashings of wine and beer

When you’re dieting this in-your-face temptation can be impossible to resist.

For whatever reason, it can also feel rude and ungrateful to say NO.
.
There’s those peeps who LOVE to apply peer-pressure too – it’s like they want to take us down with them
?

(Often, I think, a case of making themselves feel better for over-indulging – but what do I know
?)

So how to stop these feeders ruining your progress?
.
Well, it’s starts with a mindset shift – you have nothing to feel guilty about for saying NO.
.
What you eat or drink has nothing to with them and nobody has the right to stop you doing something that is important to you.
